Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

Standard shipping usually takes 10–25 business days after dispatch. Delivery period may be extended due to customs inspection, holiday rush and unexpected logistics troubles. We cannot promise exact delivery dates.

Shipping fee will be automatically calculated and shown on the checkout page.

Buyers need to bear import duties, customs tax and clearance fees required by your country. Our store will not pay these charges.

If packages are returned because of invalid address, customs refusal or customer rejection, return freight will be deducted from your refund.

After shipment, we will send the tracking number to your email.
